Sarah Phipps founded Sunday Shift after nearly a decade working across both agency and corporate marketing, where she led teams, built national campaigns and developed brands from the inside out.
Over time, she began to question why thoughtful, emotionally intelligent work so often had to be softened in professional settings, and Sunday Shift grew from the decision to do things differently.
Sarah brings a rare balance of strategic clarity and intuitive brand understanding, working closely with founders to uncover the feeling at the heart of their business and translate it into marketing that feels equal parts honest and commercially grounded.
